Mi shebeirach - A prayer for healing (Hebrew)

Mi shebeirach Avoteinu m'kor ha-bracha L'imoteinu.
May the Source of Strength Who blessed the ones before us, help us find the courage to make our lives a blessing, and let us say, Amein.

Mi shebeirach imoteinu m'kor ha-bracha l'avoteinu.
Bless those in need of healing with refuah shleimah, the renewal of body, the renewal of spirit, and let us say, Amein.

Standing tall

William has been working hard in his weekly OT/PT and getting stronger. He was on the E stim bike a couple weeks ago which was great for his legs and circulation. He loved the work out. He continues to remain strong with a very positive outlook on things.

Today for the first time since the accident he was able to stand completely upright! He was on a special chair that slowly raises you up till you are completely upright a full 90 degrees. Will had no issues with standing supported and held his head up for a long time with no problem. The therapist said "wow your tall!"! He said it felt wonderful to be upright and not just sitting or lying down. It was also nice to stand next to him and look up at him for a change. When he was on the tilt table last year and they tried to get him completely upright he had blood pressure issues and dizzy spells but not this time! We are hoping to get him in the pool next if possible.

We appreciate all the support and prayers and are very grateful to Will's PCAs (Phil, Keith, Barb, Kevin and Sarah) who help me with all his daily care. Will loves visitors so come for a visit anytime!

Keeping the faith!
Marcia
