Mi shebeirach - A prayer for healing (Hebrew)

Mi shebeirach Avoteinu m'kor ha-bracha L'imoteinu.
May the Source of Strength Who blessed the ones before us, help us find the courage to make our lives a blessing, and let us say, Amein.

Mi shebeirach imoteinu m'kor ha-bracha l'avoteinu.
Bless those in need of healing with refuah shleimah, the renewal of body, the renewal of spirit, and let us say, Amein.

Grand Canyon

As most of you know, I spent the last week on the other side of the country. I got to visit Las Vegas, The Hoover Dam, and the Grand Canyon.  The part of the GC I visited was owned by the Hualapai tribe.  We were able to hike up to a high peak which had amazing views.  At this peak I said the Mi Shebarach (Hebrew prayer for healing) for William. I've never felt so connected to nature and to G-d than I did at this point.   It was a great view and a great forever memory that I wish to share with all of you who love and care about William.

I am excited that I have heard from so many of you to set up visiting times.  I have date and times for about 11 friends.  The more smiling faces, the better!

Much love,
Gayle

PS: Keep those CareGrams coming!
