Mi shebeirach - A prayer for healing (Hebrew)

Mi shebeirach Avoteinu m'kor ha-bracha L'imoteinu.
May the Source of Strength Who blessed the ones before us, help us find the courage to make our lives a blessing, and let us say, Amein.

Mi shebeirach imoteinu m'kor ha-bracha l'avoteinu.
Bless those in need of healing with refuah shleimah, the renewal of body, the renewal of spirit, and let us say, Amein.

RockStar Games, Breathing, & Friend Visits!

Yesterday I was honored to bring Will a delivery from NYC that he was itching to get. Our cousin, Brad Cohn, (who is expecting his second child with his wife Laura) works for RockStar games and was able to ship some awesome swag.  Will got a ton of decals, shirts, and a hat which he instantly fell in love with, even the bag had a logo!  It really cheered him up and he can't wait to wear his new stuff, let alone play some games!

Thank you Brad & Rockstar!!

As you can see in the picture, Will has oxygen in his nose, and not on his tube. Yes, that's right, the traich is CLOSED UP.  Soon they will remove the tubes and let the incision heal up.  This is a huge victory for Team Will. As we learned in the ICU with spinal injuries: "Levels 3, 4, and 5, keep the diaphragm alive."  Being such a rock star himself, he did just this and his breathing is staying on track!  A true testament of what Willpower is.

As Phil (who I newly dubbed as Sparrow since I can never remember his Native name) and I mentioned before, your presence is needed now more than ever.  With Will preparing for PT, Mom and Dad (Brian and Marcia) need to spend time away from the hospital and working on preparing for Will to come home.  I know that everyone has busy schedules and commitments that have to be met, but it would be nice to know when visitors can be expected so that we can have a nice rotating schedule.  Please contact Sparrow or myself so that we can let Brian and Marcia know when we should be expecting you.

Thanks again for your endless support, visits, prayers, gifts, laughs, Figi water, and dedication to our family!
